Production
Estimated production time is typically 2–3 weeks.
If a product is in stock, it ships within 3–5 business days.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from Norway.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking is provided once your order has been dispatched.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photographs.
