Production

Most pieces are produced individually after purchase.

Estimated production time is 2–3 weeks.

If a product is available in stock, it will ship within 3–5 business days.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Orders are shipped from Norway.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

PZAEZ STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period. The item must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Returned items should be in their original condition and, where possible, returned with their original packaging. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
